Hello! My DH and I are currently stationed in Groton, CT and expecting our first child in August. I would love to make some contacts in the area to get advice on pediatricians, Navy situations, and other things, as well as just to chat. :-)
I look forward to meeting you!
Re: Groton, CT moms/wives
HI, I'm from Ct, I'm stationed in WA right now. But I know from growing up there, Galesferry Pediatrics are Fabulous doctors; I personally went to them and still have friends that also went to them and now takes their children there. And my girlfriend also loved her experiences with the navy hospital, her daugther was there alot for different reasons. From chronic ear aches, to thrush , to you name it... Her poor girl had a rough time for a while, but my gf was more than pleased with the navy hosp, they even referred her out to a specialist for tubes for her daughters ears in RI.
hth and good luck, i miss CT!
