Vinegar ok for babies?

I loaned someone my BLW book so I thought I'd just ask here...are salad dressings (I'd make it myself so it'd be low salt, so mostly it's the vinegar I'm wondering about) ok? I was thinking about doing some pasta salad for her, but wasn't sure!

I've given A salad with a little o/v dressing and she did ok. I dont know why it wouldn't be ok other than the fact that it's a little acidic? But I could be way off!

I've given him beets that had been dressed with vinegar. I think the only concern would be raw vinegar, but I personally am not worried about giving him that, even. The vinegar Q has had is homemade and therefore raw. He was fine with it!
