Hi ladies -
I just wanted to intoduce myself...I had twin girls on Friday morning at 33 weeks 2 days due to severe pre-E. They are in the NICU, breathing on their own, but A has already had a couple Bradys...they're telling me it's par for the course and not to freak out about it. They're eating formula and collostrum through an NG tube...upped from 5 to 10ml and they're handling it well.
I lurked over here while on hospital bed rest and now here I am - you seem like a wonderfully supportive group - I'll be asking lots of questions, so thanks!!

Sorry you had to officially join us, but glad the girls are doing well. Brady's are scary, but yes, par for the course at their age. They will eventually grow out of them. Hope you are recovering ok and that the NICU journey is fairly short and uneventful!

Congratulations! My twins were born at 33 weeks due to pre-e as well, and their names begin with A and L.
It is great that they are both breathing on their own. I hope that you have a short and uneventful stay in the NICU.
Aww! I love the name connection!
Thanks to all of you for your support. I appreciate it more than you know.
Another A&L her as well and my girls were born at 33w 4d. Just went into PTL and it didnt stop. The girls were in the NICU for two weeks and now almost 3 years later, you would never know they were preemies. Congrats and good luck!
