Anxiety over my cycle

I am doing my first IVF cycle this month and I went into today for my monitoring appointment for my FDA swabs & follie check and other then the fact my cervix was hiding up in my shoulder everything looks great - too great almost. I have follies all over my ovaries (10 are a good size and another 1/2 dozen catching up) and it hurts to sneeze (my allergies are bad). My egg retrieval was scheduled for 4/2 but they don't think I am going to make it that long so I may be triggering on Wednesday with my ER on Friday and I am freaking the he!! out. I can't stop crying. I don't think I am ready for this. I want to be pg so bad every last cell in my body aches but I am so absolutely terrified this won't work.

Wow - that was some serious drama coming out of me. I am so anxious I can't breathe or concentrate on anything, sorry! Just needed to get that off my chest - thanks ladies :)

And is there anything better in this world better than a chocolate puppy?? Enjoy Smile

#1 BFP 1/10/11; missed m/c discovered 7w5d
IF Dx: Endo, hetero MTHFR mutation, poor morphology
#1 IUI: 1/18/12 = BFN
#1 IVF/ICSI 4/2/12 = 2 x 7-cell and 1 x 5-cell transferred (3dt) = BFP!!
H was born at 41w2d on 12/29/12 - be still my heart!
#2 IVF/ICSI 1/19/14 = 2 x 8 cells transferred (3dt) = BFP!! EDD 10/09/14
M&W born at 37 weeks on 9/18/14 - I am the momma of 3 boys!!!

    BPF 02/19/12, EDD 10/31/12, natural m/c 02/28/12 (4w6d)

    IVF (BCPs starting 10/30/12, ER 11/18/12, 5dt of 1 beautiful, healthy embryo 11/23/12)
    BFP 12/02/12, u/s @ 6w,5d showed 2 HBs! Identical twins!!
    Bed rest from 21w-35w due to short cervix, hospital bed rest from 23w-32w due to PTL
    Our rainbows were born 07/19/13 (36w, 5d)

    Oh sweetie. Please take a deep breathe. Firstly, no...there is nothing better than a chocolate puppy. Secondly, I wish I could say something to take all your anxiety away. I share in each and every thought you're having. All I can say is that I will be here to hold you're virtual hand the best I can. This process sucks...plain and simple. It's too much, it's too complicated, there are too many hoops to jump through and in the end....we just want a baby that's all our own. And you WILL have that baby. You will have a beautiful baby and will be an amazing mommy.
    3 ectopic pregnancies (EDD's 1/30/12-tube removed, 6/2/12-methotrexate and 10/2/12-methotrexate)
    IVF and Natural FET resulted in BFN's and a hole in our wallets
    Natural BFP #4 on 9/7/12 gave us our miracle on 5/18/13

    Thanks ladies for the thoughts.

    I try and stay positive for the small victories like today - I know many would love to be in my place with my count, I just need to keep reminding myself that I WILL have a baby one day.

    Delino, you are so wise my dear - it means a lot to me to hear you say that - we will get there!

    And just in case you didn't know - I LUV me some chocolate puppy cakes!

    I am so sorry for your troubles. Go ahead and release the drama on us, that's what we're here for. Keep us updated on how everything goes....

    (((HUGS))) I know this is so scary, but it is exactly what you need to do on your journey towards a child. Go into it knowing that we are right there with you, willing it to work for you.

    And I am in tears yet again. Thanks Petra, you always know just what to say, even when you are feeling pain yourself. Hugs to you. I love my TTCAL sisters!
