Sizing for Baby K'tan?

I currently have an XS Baby K'Tan on my registry and now I'm wondering if maybe I should go up to a S? I'm normally a size 2-4 and definitely much smaller on top than the bottom. Pre-pregnancy I was barely an A cup and my boobs have already grown to a full B and so I'm assuming they may even get up to a D once I have him and my milk comes in. Everything I've read about sizing says to size down, but I'm worried after I have him, between my bigger boobs and post-baby belly, I will be closer to a size 6? I plan on using this as my newborn carrier, so I want to make sure it fits for the first 6 months. Thoughts? Thanks ladies!

    I found my k'tan really stretches. I would recommend keeping the size that you have.
