I am amazed. My friend is 14 weeks pregnant and we met for dinner the other day and she told me that her doctor told her the following:
The list just went on and on... she is healthy, young, no previous complications. Just wanted to share this! Oh, she is going to switch doctors!

Yep! I was told no peanut butter or child would "for sure" have a peanut allergy!
I have a co-worker who is always telling me that her daughter's OB (in Manhattan) told her absolutely no fish, especially shrimp and lobster, and no baths/submersion in water in 3rd tri, among other things. I just say "mmhmm" and keep my mouth shut about what I personally do.
But seriously- some doctors really are ridiculous.
