Sore Boobs from Prometrium - Immediately or Delayed?

For those of you who have used prometrium and have had sore boobs in the 2ww, did it start immediately after starting the prometrium or was there a delay? I started supplements 2dpiui but my boobs didn't start getting sore until 6 dpiui. I normally don't have tender breasts during my 2ww except for sore nipples for a few days around ovulation. If I hadn't mixed things up and added both Estrace and Prometrium this cycle, I think I could chalk this up to a pregnancy symptom but no such luck! For now I will just let it give me a little hope that maybe this cycle is the lucky one but am interested in hearing what your experiences have been. They're just a little sore but definitely sore. I can't tell you how many times I have squeezed on my boobs over the past 3 years and hoped they were sore but they never were. They definitely ARE this time. Thanks!

    i had a delay. i usually have sore bbs though. i know how hard it is to keep your hopes in check when the meds  cause symptoms that could be pg.

    When I bother to take the prometrium supplements (I've had a script for a year and a half but only taken it about half the cycles since I sometimes don't feel there is a point with our MFI) - but when I do I usually don't get sore boobs until the second half of the 2ww.  I only have a LP of 12 even on the supplements, so around 7dpo. (when I've been on the pills for three to four days).

    TTC since July 2009. Dx MFI & LPD. 
    IUI#1&2&3 (2011 & 2012) BFN
    IUI#4 1/23/13 on 75iu x9 Follistim = BFP then chem preg m/c (Feb 2013)
    IUI#5 BFN (April 2013)
    IVF w/ICSI Oct. 2, 2012 - 13R, 11M, 7F, 1 frozen blast 4BB grade - - - FET Nov 15, 2013
    BFP! Beta 1:104 @ 10dp6dt, Beta 2:178 @ 12dp6dt,  beta 3:366 @ 14dp6dt
    Saw heartbeat twice before missed M/C at 8w3d on 12/27/13, missing my little angel boy

    I take progesterone suppositories and mine are delayed til 4/5dpo.

    Thanks for the input, ladies! katib, thanks for including that even with progesterone, your longest LP was 12 days. My longest without it is 11 and I'm hoping the progesterone lengthens it but it's good to know I shouldn't freak out if it's still only 12 :).
