1st birthday ideas for July 22

Hello Moms

Wondering if anyone has started thinking about celebrating their LO's 1st birthday!! Any one celebrating on July 22?

I'm excited to be celebrating my LO's first birthday but need to get some ideas.

Anyone know of places where to get baby girl ideas? If you started to plan what have you decided so far? Can't wait to hear all about your LO's first birthday! I'm hoping it's going to be a warm day out so we can have it outside. The party is going to be a mix of adults and a few kids.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

DD's party will be on July 1, but we are doing an outdoor party (hopefully, fingers crossed) and doing an ocean/whale theme. I found the supplies at https://www.1stbirthdayparty.com/ocean-preppy-girl-birthday.html#top and ordered them, and then I have been pinning stuff on pinterest and hopefully some of my craftier family and friends can help with that stuff.

I just searched for "First Birthday Themes", and then looked around. I guess it would depend on where you were having it, what you like, what LO likes, etc. So I would say just start looking around, and have fun with it. I am kind of excited to plan a party

You're little one is soooo darn cute!!! I've been pinning and planning a Ni Hao,Kai-lan/ Chinese theme b-day party on July 27. It will be indoors, haven't looked for the place yet or bought anything. It will be fuschia & tangerine with touches of red, pink & maybe some yellow. I'll be doing some DIY projects to cut cost. Hopefully they workput for me, hehe. Thanks for asking this! And thanks for all those links! We are thinking of a CRAB party for LO since she is a Cancer... LO's bday is 6 days before my DH's bday so they are both Cancers. She was due in June so he was super excited once she was overdue b/c he wanted her to be a Cancer. Long story short....that is why we are going with crabs. Plus it will be cute in the summer. I'm thinking orange, some red, and blue/turquoise for colors.

We are having DS's party the 22nd also! We will have a pool party and do a under the sea theme with different shades of blues and lime green:) For DD's 1st bday we did a ladybug theme(black and red) and it came out really cute! Here are a few pics...
