I know this question has been asked a million times but I'm looking for recommendations that fit the following criteria:
(1) moderate intensity
(2) 30-45 min long
(3) only requires 3-4 days commitment
(4) full body workout with some cardio mixed in (ala 30DS)
(5) has proven results
I'm looking to lose 5-10 lbs but my main focus is my belly fat and toning the rest of my body. I'm trying to get rid of my first pregnancy weight (which is 4 years old) and get ready for my next :-)
