Is the "rosemary" safe to eat while pregnant? (Maybe a dumb posted but I need to know, try

Is Rosemary safe to eat while pregnant, because I have heard that there are some that aren't but I don't know about this one? Please Help!

  • As in the herb rosemary? Yes, in the amounts used in cooking and food is fine, you are fine. 

    When made for medicinal purposes it's way stronger than any food amount.

  • I haven't heard of any common cooking herbs being a problem. In fact they are probably good for you, especially if they are fresh.

    This is my first pregnancy, but I use rosemary in my cooking all the time (several times a week). It hasn't caused me any problems.

  • I've read that rosemary is fine to cook with and eat but that you should avoid it (and many other herbs) in teas.
