How are you wanting the first name pronounced. I understnad there are not many ways to pronouce it but if you are anything like my Aunt or SIL the slightest mis pronounciation will set you off. The I and the A can cause people to pronouce it slightly different.
My name is Krystl Mychel - (Kristal/Crystal Michelle would qualify normal spelling. I get called Kristi, Krista and the middle name is always mistaken for Mitchell or Michael. Now my mother never cared about people not being able to pronounce my name so this wasn't a big issue she jsut spelled it however she wanted to.
If this isn't a problem for you, then my question is null and void. I like Annaka.
The first one is the most common spelling, since it isn't a super common name, I would go with the most common spelling. The last two don't even make the list as a spelling.

I 100% understand what you mean. I think DH and I could care less about it getting mispronounced. My name is Calista, so that gets mispronounced ALL the time. DH's name is Karol (pronounced Carl, but everyone says Carol)...DD's name is Emilia, like Amelia, but sometimes she gets called Emma-leah. I don't think the spelling REALLY matters, but I'd like to get some input
Annika would commonly get pronounced Ann-ika because of the spelling.
I also disagree with whomever posted that Annika is the most popular spelling. I've seen Anika several times as the main entry with Annika as a variant.
Re: Help us with name spelling!
My thoughts exactly, but DH went to HS with an Anaka. This is part of the reason I don't want to go with the a in the middle!
Thanks for all of your responses ladies!!
Awn-i-ka

I voted for two N's Annika, but have you thought about either of these two:
Annica
Annaca
definitely number 2.
