Sun protection in stroller?

How do you protect your LO from the sun in the stroller?

We have the Uppababy Vista stroller that has a sun shade, but sometimes the sun can get under the shade, depending on the angle.

I also have the Aden&Anais muslin blankets that I could throw over the stroller, BUT my DD freaks out if she can't see me. I guess she'll have to get over it... but other ideas besides the blankets?What do you do?
