Wanted to introduce myself...

I just wanted to come in and say hi.  This will be my first child.  I'm 35 and plan to (hope to) give birth in a hospital with no medication.  My mother ended up having a c-section with me... the dr told her I was to long and she was too short.  I hope to not get the same lame excuse from my ob. 

Anyway, I've been reading some posts today and am looking forward to reading more.

    Congratulations and welcome!  I had a med-free birth in a hospital.  It is possible if you can find an OB/MW who is supportive.  I'm so glad you found us, the girls on here are great!

    Congratulations and welcome!  I had a med-free hospital birth just 3 weeks ago.  It is definitely doable!
