Grunting?

I don't normally post but I just wanted some other moms opinions. My six month old grunts A LOT while sitting and playing on the floor, is that normal or should I be worried? Advice wanted, thanks!

    Mine grunts allllllll day long.  I'm not worried about it!  I think they're just trying out new sounds :)  She's not in distress or anything, I think she's just a noisy grunting little baby.

    My daughter does this when she's eating her solids!  It's ridiculous!  Everyone thinks it's funny but I don't want to laugh at her because I don't want her to keep doing it!  (even though it is funny!)  You would think I never fed the kid!  LOL!
