I *think* we may have discussed this before but I'm too lazy to search Does anyone have a favorite yoga DVD? Looking for something to do at home since my yoga session just ended and is not coming back to my town.
I really like some of the Yoga work outs that are ON DEMAND for free. I also have a couple of apps for my ipad that I love. HD Yoga is the best and you can create custom workouts inexpensively. I have a few DVDs but don't love them because they are the same thing over and over. ON DEMAND has a variety of workouts and the app is even better because every workout you do can be different.
I loved my yoga class, but it was 20 min. away and at 7:00 which is DSs bedtime. I chose to stop going until summer when I can go and be home before DS goes to bed. We are teachers and hope to try to adjust his sleep from 7p-5:30a to 9p-7:30a, but are not sure this is realistic. Anyway, good luck!

I love Bethenny Frankel's yoga dvd. She's hysterical through it so its actually pleasant to do and she is really encouraging. I bought it on Amazon for $10.

I like the 10 minute-solution series. They have yoga, pilates, and several other options. It's nice because the complete workout is 50 minutes long, but you can pick and choose different 10 minute sessions. I am currently using the pilates one and love that I can pick different areas to focus on each time I workout.
