Specifically, what you're doing for cardio! I currenty do Crossfit (basically olympic weightlifting), which I love, but I feel like I'm building all this muscle but retaining the fat on top which I think is making me look bulkier. I've been searching Netflix for workout videos but I've only found one that I like - Crunch Fitness Cardio Dance Blast, but I can't see myself staying entertained for longer than a week. I also have an elliptical, but I can't motivate myself to use it bc I get bored so easily
Any help is greatly appreciated! I'm so sick of holding on to these last 15 pregnancy pounds!!
Re: Recommend your workout
I'm terribly unmotivated to lose the baby weight...I don't know why. This pretty much sums it up for me lol
I know it isn't really the same with the environment and all but maybe consider getting the disc to use at home. Just a thought!

Does your "box" offer a Crossfit Lite program? I just started and I love it. No Olympic lifting, but still rowing, running, squats, and other CF craziness. It might help you increase your cardio output without overloading you with weights.
I have Shawn T's Body Rockin' DVD set. It's fun and it's a decent cardio workout, but I needed something more intense to get me out of this funk.
My gym membership has been on hold since DD was born because I don't feel comfortable putting her into the gym's childcare yet. So, I've had to find some things that I can either do with her or do while she's sleeping here at home....
I did the 30 Day Shred and am currently doing the Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 days. I've really enjoyed both of them! We have an elliptical machine and we bought a jogging stroller for Christmas and I use those to break up doing the work-out DVDs at home. I agree about the 30 Day Shred being hard on the knees, but after I finish the Ripped in 30 Days program, I plan to just use the DVDs at random in between other exercises. I prefer mixing things up so I'm not getting bored with the same thing every day.

BFP!! 8/29/16 --> EDD: 5/11/17....it's a GIRL!!!
Good for you for doing the CrossFit thing. . You are a hard core gal!
Its just old fashioned running for me. I try to do a 3-4 mile run three times a week. I did the treadmill thing while it was cold out and hated it. Now that its nice I've been running outside. I just tried trail running this week and LOVE it. Its definitely going to be my new favorite way to work out. So much more fun than plain running on the sidewalk/road! I'm doing a 10k next weekend and considering a 10k trail run in May.
I've heard good things about the Insanity workout. I tried P90X (before I got pregnant of course!) and while it was definitely a great work out it was super time consuming. I'm thinking of trying Insanity since it takes less time.
