And why? I tried the babyhawk when DS was younger and sold it to get a woven wrap, at the time we had a hard time doing high back carries w/ the mei tai and I didn't really use it. Now I'm kicking myself that I didn't keep it. DS now loves high back carries in the wrap but I'd like to try the mei tai again for something a little quicker.
Should I just get another babyhawk (or toddlerhawk)? Or is there another brand that you think is better? I'd love to try a WCMT but don't think I can afford it.
Re: which mei tai do you like best?
I have a Himmel that I love but they aren't made any more. You can usually find them on FSOT for around $100.
Kindercarry and Kleinsmekker are other brands that are very well regarded, but they're usually significantly more expensive than a Baby/Toddlerhawk. If you stalk the FSOT on TBW you might be able to find a good deal.
I'd avoid anything with wrap style straps for back carries.
More Green For Less Green
I haven't tried them, but they're a well known WAHM brand. She makes gorgeous stuff! I've wanted a WC by her for a while now.
