**Sorry if this has recently been asked...I quickly scanned the first page and didn't see any answers.
DD is exclusively breastfed but in the past week or so I have noticed a SIGNIFICANT decrease in my supply. Bedtime feedings have resulted in tears and frustration at least 3 times in the past couple weeks. So my fear is that I might not make it to exactly 1 year on breastmilk alone and I'm wondering if it's ok to start whole milk? I plan on calling my pedi tomorrow, but was wondering what you ladies have been told/done.
TIA!
Re: 11.5 months too early for whole milk?
Thank you for your response and thank you SO MUCH for your kind words!!!
I'm going to be doing this.
Good job for making it this far, mama!

I asked my sister's opinion on transitioning to whole milk a few weeks ago (she's a pedi). She said it's fine and they usually say do it at 12 months and he was close enough (he was 11 1/2 months at the time). Anytime between 11-12 months is generally fine.
Great job on making it this far!!
