I'm not sure what to do about it. She's walking alright now, but won't walk anywhere with purpose (oh look a bug! oh look, some grass! oh look some disgusting thing on the ground I can put in my mouth! oh look!...). She's fine with being carried, and that's alright for a shorter trip, but if we go to the mall or something that is not a viable solution.
And I mean, it is fullon writhing shrieking the second her ass touches the stroller. I bought an addon container thing and put small toys and some crackers in, and she loves playing with it when she's not in the stroller. I've been putting her in it and taking her for a walk around the neighborhood, but she screams like I'm lighting her on fire the whole time. We have a nice padded model with a 5-point harness and a crappy $15 umbrella stroller with just the lap belt and it's the same deal for both. I even tried grandma's red wagon, and she was not having it, though they're all totally fun to push.
We used to go for a walk around the neighborhood every day except for weekends, and one Monday she decided she was done. And of course, H made plans to go to the zoo with his family in a few weeks, so it's do or die time. Anybody have any tips or suggestions? Uuuugh.
Re: Stroller = TORTURE CHAMBER
I found an old cell phone of mine that she thinks IS mine, and I have started handing her that when she gets in the stroller as a distraction, or a couple of playing cards. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
There is just no reasoning with them. I was in Target getting her a helmet last night, for when she rides on the back of my bike. Every time i tried it on her, so told me where to go and how to get there. One time the helmet was flung a few feet near a defenseless old granny.
They sure are fiesty right now.

Lucian is good in his stroller, but he LOVES this thing. We use it on walks at home. It comes apart very easily for transport though... which I know because H insisted in taking it to the mall once.
I dread the day Joshua revolts against the stroller. He loves it!! He spent most of yesterday in it while we were shopping the outlet malls in Myrtle Beach.
My oldest hated the stroller. I gave a co-worker his stroller and he thought I had bought a new one for him - we used it that little. I never could figure out how to get Justin to ride in ths stroller.
I'm thinking about breaking the Moby back out again and tying her sling-style to see if that helps... but we live in Georgia, and it's already 80 degrees so I'm not sure how long that would be viable, either. Arrrrgh.
That's what I was going to suggest. Mine like the stroller, but I still use the Moby or my Ergo a lot. Mostly because I hate the bulky double stroller, so I wear Emily a lot and put Aiden in the single stroller.
If you do wear her to the zoo, I'd still bring the stroller. Maybe she'd nap in there at least, but you could still put diaper bag and other junk in there instead of carrying it all over with you.
