  We're just in the beginning stages of our adoption process, but we've decided to work with Catholic Charities (Dallas office).  Other agencies I've heard good things about are The Gladney Center for Adoption, Buckner, and LifeTree Adoptions.

  ETA: My cousin is working with Aggieland Adoptions out of College Station and seems to be happy with them, as well.  Good luck finding an agency!

  We are working with Children's Connections Inc.We have been with them a year and a half now. At the time of our match we had been with them for right at a year. They are in Texas. Hubby and I are pleased with them.

  I was an adoption worker for the state and one of my favorite agencies to work with was Benchmark. I believe at the time they were relatively new, so they were a small enough agency that all their staff were well trained, very dedicated and efficient in their dealings with me and their families. I never had issues working with them and they always communicated in a timely manner which can be hard to find!

  I also had some good experiences with Pathways.
