mobile question

for those of you ladies with babies in the same room but separate cribs, does each baby have a mobile on their crib? and if so, are they the same or different? i'm leaning toward getting 2 different ones, but am worried about what kind of noise that will make. TIA!

    We had two different mobiles, but it didn't matter.  Neither of my girls liked the mobiles at all.  Mobiles are probably the number one thing I wish I hadn't wasted money on.

    We had two of the same mobile but usually I only turned one or the other on.  Even if they play the same music you will never get them in synch.

    My friend who has twins, used a hanging mobile from the ceiling between both cribs...I think I might do that.
