High-Risk Pregnancy

another blood pressure q.

hi ladies....this is my second blood pressure post.  today my bp was 130/82 at start of appnt.....doc took it again and it went down to 128/78 by end of appnt (which i know can happen after appnts are over)....

she wasn't concerned at all and said when it's at 140/90 she gets concerned.  given that i am carrying multiples i want to do whatever i can to keep the #s down.  is there anything i can do on my own to drop the #s a bit?  water, rest, certain foods? i will do anything...b/c i want to stay in the safety zone.

thanks so much:)

ETA:  your BP readings today are basically the same...really small variations.  Your numbers are what my OB/MFM want mine at while I am on BP meds, so it looks like you are doing a good job.  Watching your diet can really help maintain where you are and hopefully you avoid any BP complications.  GL!
