My Doctor suggested that I exercise more, especially focusing on my core, to increase the likelihood of a successful VBAC. Can anybody suggest any exercises?
I basically acted like a beached whale when I was pregnant, so I can't personally recommend anything. But I know there are a lot of books with information about exercise during pregnancy. Have you looked at your local bookstore? Yoga is good too.

I'm doing mostly prenatal yoga and walking. There are a couple of positions from the Bradley method and spinning babies I do as well. Not sure if it will help, but at least it's worth a shot.
