Hypnobabies CD
Anyone have it? Just got it yesterday and listened to it before I went to bed. It was a bit odd, but I really just fell asleep and then turned it off. Hopefully, the message is seeping into my subconscious, like the CD says it is supposed to.

I haven't used it yet but I plan to.
I figure it can't hurt, I plan on doing everything I can to make my VBAC successful.
If nothing else taking 30 minutes for myself everyday will be a nice break.
You can listen to it while doing other things once or twice so you don't fall asleep and consciously hear the message. Or just fast forward through the hypnobabies part and listen to the affirmations.
