  I've had sciatic pain since pretty early on, like you. I have a belly support band made by Jolly Jumper and I love it! Especially since I work on my feet. It has back brace part and straps that wrap around my belly and provide support. That and physiotherapy have made a huge difference for the better.

  I went to a medical supply store with a prescription from my OB and got a lovely maternity support belt, and it was covered by insurance. I know they sell them at Baby's R Us too, just make sure it's thick enough all around to give you the support you need. At the medical supply store, they will fit you for it and show you how to use it properly.

  Thank you so much for sharing! I've had sciatic pain for about two months now and going to the chiropractor isn't helping as much as I'd like it to. This will help so much
