Clomid and a sinus infection?

I think I have a sinus infection - haven't felt better since Tuesday, and my face/nose/eye area hurts so bad. It feels like my head is going to explode, but (not to be TMI) nothing is draining. I took my 2nd dose of Clomid last night (I've only been taking OTC sinus medication since Tues, which my nurse said was ok). But I'm concerned - I want to go to one of the clinics near my house today to see if they think I should be going on an antibiotic. Does anyone know of they are contraindicated for women taking Clomid at the same time? Obviously if it is, I won't go on the antibiotic. I'm just feeling realllllly crappy and don't know what to do. No fever so that's a good thing, but I literally can't leave the house....my head is killing me. TIA for any information.....

    Since you talked to the nurse about OTC drugs, give them a call about Rx meds, I don't believe a typical Zithromax (?) Z pack would be bad.  But I'm not a medical professional.  

    TTC since July 2009. Dx MFI & LPD.

    I would ask the doc. I took amoxicillin during my Clomid cycle due to a sinus infection.

    I would definitely ask your RE.  I was really sick before my ER during this IVF cycle and my RE said as long as it's not pneumonia it's not a concern.  Also, many antibiotics are safe to take during TF treatment.

    After more than 2 years of fertility treatments, FET did the trick!
    IVF March 2012 - BFP! - Severe OHSS = 8 days in the hospital in kidney failure

    I started clomid four days ago  I felt like crap before that, with a headache, sinus etc. Headaches can be a side effect. So I'm not sure, if I have a sinus thing or if it's the clomid. Off and on my face and eyes hurt. I really don't like this clomid and how it makes feel
