I am doing purees with Kaelyn, but I also offer her some of what we eat.She has tried toast, whole green beans, baked sweet potato, and egg yoke. I was just wondering what foods you have given your LO?
Small pieces of soft cooked zucchini, peas, carrots...toast with fruit puree..bagel with cream cheese..egg yolk, grilled cheese sandwich in small pieces, shredded cheese, pieces of avocado and banana

Last night I gave LO a piece of grilled steak. She sucked it dry! We've given meat before (pork tenderloin, meatloaf, hamburger). Lots of fruit - mango, cantaloupe, watermelon, apple. We kind of do BLW so we give big chunks so she won't choke (too big to eat). She just sucks, gnaws, chews on the food.

All fruits and veggies that you can name. Toast, pancakes,Yogurt, waffles, pasta, shredded cheese, shredded chicken, eggs. I am making ground turkey tomorrow. (Just browning it like I would for tacos). I was so against BLW, but we are almost done with purees. would it still even be considered BLW at almost 8 months, or Is it just a natural progression to table food? I sneak the purees in by spreading on toast, waffles. Using in pancake batter. I highly suggest shredded cheddar as a first finger food.

We still do pureed fruits and chunks. All veggies are steamed, toast, beans, cheese, crackers, there are so many, she just tries anything we eat. Have fun with LO and new foods!
shredded cheese, banana, green beans, toast, broccoli, apple(cooked), pear, noodles, spaghetti, mac and cheese, grilled cheese, cheerios, yogurt, peaches(very ripe), puffs, mum mums, little crunchers, carrot (cooked), potato, sweet potatoes regular and a sweet potato french fry cut into small pieces.
