Toddlers: 12 - 24 Months

Please recommend your umbrella stroller!

Have one you like? Please share! One you hate? I'll take that too!! TIA!

Re: Please recommend your umbrella stroller!

  • We have the City Mini....so its not so much an umbrella stroller but a light weight stroller. I love it, easy to push, easy to fold and its the only stroller my DS likes. The sunshade is huge as well. The only down fall is the basket is not big, but out of all the strollers we have had and I have been through 5...this one is the best.

  • bee nimble britax love it.

it was between that and a maclaren (sp) Couldn't use 20% off of mac so I went with britax, I'm happy with it.

  • We have an uppababy g-luxe and like it a lot. Its kind of pricey but I think one of our local baby stores, Isis Parenting, is having a giveaway on their facebook page right now.

  • We really like our Maclaren Triumph --- we got it an albeebaby.com and we were able to use a coupon code (they have sales pretty often). It's been great...I walk DS to daycare in it everyday and we've taken it on 3 plane trips.

  • We have an Aprica Presto and we love it!  DS still sometimes sits in it and a lot of the strollers are low enough for him to drag his feet on the ground or wheels when he slouches.  And he loves doing that, which drives me crazy.   The seat on the Aprica is higher than most strollers, so even at 3.5, his feet just touches the foot rest.  The hood cover is also amazingly huge!  It stands up on its own when it's folded and it never tips backwards.

  • we have a jeep single umbrella that is great and my neighbor's combi twin has seriously lasted forever and is cute
  • I also have the UppaBaby Gluxe and love it! I believe it is the lightest full-featured umbrella on the market. We take public transit as our primary mode of getting around, and it's held up really well.
