    I suck too, I haven't started one either.  I can't find one that I really like, I do have a calendar from the hospital tho that has stickers to commerate special milestones that I keep up with.

    Yes.  I was very good in the begining, but have been a slacker lately.  I do usually jot down notes on a piece of paper and shove it in the book, so I can record it later.

    I am super "type-A", so I would feel bad if I didn't write stuff down.
