    I owned one for TTC talk. This name has been compromised by people from the real world and when I needed to ask TTC questions I had no intention of letting thoe people know we were planning to actively seek another pregnancy in the near future.

    I don't.

    I can see having one for TTC privacy if you have friends/family that know your regular SN. Making one to be an assshole is just dumb. I'm sure lots of people find it fun to troll with AEs.

    I couldn't handle one. I am the type to send texts messages to the wrong people All The Time. I could never keep up with an AE. I do have an old account suzyqjmu, but when I changed it, I made sure that I announced it to everyone. I even used my regular screen name, complete with pics of Mason in my siggy, for the garlic semen joke post. I still read AE as American Eagle every time I see the abbreviation.

    I have one I only use on another board to ask board related questions. I'd like to keep some level of privacy on that board. 

    I've never used it for drama, though.

    That just sounds like work to me, haha. Plus, I'm pretty private on here and dont get into drama much. If I did feel the need to speak up, I wouldn't make an AE, that's silly.

    I've had 2, but basically they were just alternate SNs from when knot/bump glitches locked out this one.   The knot one was absolutbride (or something like that) and the bump one was really hard to guess at...LR70707 Wink

    TTC #2 - 6/12 surgery #3, FET #1 & 1.2 = BFN, 12/2012 FET #2 = BFP! DD is 1.5 yrs!
    Surprise! 12/16/14 BFP, loss #2 12/31/14

    I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929

    I don't really 100% get the point of AE's. Like, you make an AE so you can talk *** and no one knows who you are. But, we don't know who you are IRL anyway, so why does it make a difference?
