Didn't want to put my piddly day 7 on there but 7 days of working out is better than no days of working out. And this gem I found on pinterest to keep you girls motivated: " a 20 minute workout is better than a zero minute workout."
I just finished day 3. Before I started I didn't want to be spending nap time working out.
Now I'm so glad I started. I feel so much better after working out.
