Puffy/swollen forehead?

When putting DS in his car seat this morning to head to DC, my husband noticed that LOs forehead was puffy.  He is/was in a great mood, so it isn't bothering him, but it is starting to worry me.  He did bang his head pretty good on my collarbone yesterday, doing his bobblehead weave.  Anyone else notice this or have any advice?  We do go to the pedi in a week for his 4 month shots.

    Just Monday my little guy had a "bump" on his forehead in proportion up from his nose (if that makes any sense).  I noticed it when putting him in the car after picking him up from school. (I was moving his hair from his face) I went in and asked if something had happened and everybody said nothing had.  I have no idea, it's not bruised or red, just puffy.

    Also, his demeanor wasn't any different, it didn't seem to hurt him, and I put an ice pack on it at home...which didn't really bring it down.
