Stupid Sleep Sheep!

That Sleep Sheep has caused me problems! Sure it's cute and the sounds are nice quality, but whenever it shuts off after 45 minutes, DD wakes up! She is a light sleeper and needs constant white noise. Went out and bought another sleep machine last night. It's not as cute, but she slept for 3 hours straight before her first waking - instead of 45 minutes! Why don't the Sleep Sheep people make it an option not to have automatic shut-off? Sleep Sheep is going to consignment.

    I wondered this too! It makes no sense.

    We stopped using the sleep sheep a couple weeks back, because, like your LO, she was waking up within minutesonce the sleep sheep shut off (if not right after). We don't do any white noise for naps, but use a white noise app on our phones for nighttime.

    Luckily we don't have that problem! We love the sleep sheep over here. We keep it really quiet though. I'm afraid if it's too loud it might wake her when it shuts off. She really only needs it to drift off to sleep and then she's out cold. She usually sleeps 4-5 hours before waking. I'm not even sure if she really needs it anymore or not but I'm afraid to find out if we don't. :) I also think it covers up her dads snoring after she goes back down after a feeding!

    Never heardf of it wonder if it'll work for Nick. Tims a lost cause, but Nick I have hope for.

    What was the other sleep machine you got that worked better?

    During naps I go in every 40 minutes and turn it on again so it never shuts off.  We too have a LO who wakes up when it goes off.  We don't use white noise for bedtime.

    We bought this little sound machine because you can leave it on all night. We use rechargeable batteries because you will go through them if you leave it on all night like we do. It's small so it is also great for traveling.
