I can't eat anything without getting sick. Or the thought of certain things make me sick. What are y'all eating to keep the nausea at bay?

Re: Morning sickness. What are you eating?
Sorry, lurking from 3rd tri.
When do you take your prenatals? I was having some pretty terrible morning sickness and my OB suggested taking my prenatals at night time instead of the morning. It made a huge difference in how I felt overall.
I ate a lot of crackers and bagels early on and it seemed to do a decent job of keeping m/s at bay... but the timing of prenatals made the overall difference! GL and feel better soon!
MH bought me WTEWYE yesterday, along with another book from that line called Eating Well When You're Expecting. I jumped straight to the morning sickness section and there were lots of suggestions in there. One thing that jumped out at me was right before you lay down to go to sleep, snack on something high in protein and carbs. Then in the morning, before getting up, eat a couple crackers or other bland food. I ate some cashews and raisins in bed last night to try the theory out.
I haven't had full-blown morning sickness yet but I have been waking up with some nausea and today I feel fine. It may be worth picking up the book. I hope you find something that works for you.

I do recommend taking your prenatal with dinner or an after-dinner snack. I also recommend keeping saltines (yes, awful saltines) by your night stand and eating 3 before you even sit up, then continue to lie down for 15 minutes. They taste like sh!t but this trick works magic.
Other than that, I can tell you what worked for me though I don't recommend it (now I am strictly watching my weight)... CARBS! Potatoes with salt (tater tots, fries, baked, sweet baked, mashed, etc.) and McDonalds cheeseburgers. Now you see why I'm watching my weight. I even ate potatoes for breakfast. And anything that sounded good - I ate cheese sandwiches drowned in mustard. There were two days I ate a couple spoonfuls of ketchup. Week 7 I started eating 2 eggs & a slice of kraft cheese on toast. Like I said, whatever you can keep down. The carbs seemed to settle my stomach. Sip a little sprite during the day because it makes your vomit soft and much more pleasant!
GOOD LUCK!
Sorry you are not able to eat what you like, with my first I had to live on jamba juice and then just made my own, for about 8 weeks!
Feel better!
Thanks ladies for all the suggestions!
I take my prenatals at night so I'm pretty sure it's not them. It seems like I'm having an aversion to dairy - milk, cheese, etc. Which sucks because I love it.
I'm gonna try the eating before sleep and when I wake up thing. I've ate a little all day (mostly granola trail mix stuff) and it hasn't been too bad today.
