... I was doing some lurking on the July 2011 board and the drama is in full force over there! No point to this post, other than to point it out in case you are looking to waste some time.

Lol, I know I was gone from this board for awhile, but I recall a lot of drama over there before our LO's were born. I guess things never change. It's probably only a matter of time before one of them calls you out for this post btw ;-)
Why would anyone post that? That would only serve to start trouble. Not only that, why would anyone sit long enough to think about whether or not they are better than some random person on the web.

go back a page, looks to me like it stemmed from some old (snarkier) posters returning after being gone a while, and then some other posters talking about it on FB. I'll tell them what I tell my whiny 9 month old - save the drama for your llama!!!

Yeah.. I considered that before posting, but I decided it didn't really matter to me. I'm not saying anything other than just pointing out the obvious :-)

My baby was born in July, but I refuse to spend any more time on the July 2011 board. I only go there to see if there is anything that can help me be a better momma. Those woman are plain crazy and I want no part of their drama! Hope I can lurk here and get some decent, nice and normal momma advice!

I was originally a July 2011 lurker since DS was due July 2nd. I didn't start coming to this board until around June when it became apparent he wasn't going to wait until July to be born. I'm glad I'm here and not there anymore. That is all.
But July 2011 is a bit more harmonious now that they are uniting in their distaste for Selfie Mom. See, they aren't that crazy after all. Now THAT chick though...loco...
I know I run out of puppies and rainbows sometimes, but wishing ill on other people is just wrong.
Yes, but this woman is the one who wrote on her blog about how all of those who had had miscarriages were to blame for not hiding in their homes for 9 months, and also stated that exposing her fetus to stress could make it gay (though she'd probably still love it.) If TB would let me find all of my past posts, I could find one from a month or two that highlighted how "special" the woman they talk about is. As someone who is apparently responsible for my losses, I could wish a lot more on her than just needing an epi.

I did not read those blogs (Sorry). It all just sounds completely childish and dramatic. If this woman bothers you so much, then ignore her. Maybe she did say horribly ignorant things, but coming back at someone with "I hope she can't breastfeed" is even more crude and malicious than someone being clueless with a big mouth.

This, she probably IS borderline psycho, but being ignorant/stupid/annoying doesn't justify wishing personal harm on someone. I disagree with people, and (IMO) think some people say things that are out right stupid (including her) but I would never in a million years wish that anyone would even "stub their big toe". I will even go as far and be cliche and say "two wrongs, don't make a right". I believe in Karma and leave it at that.

Any specific post?
Without searching much I found this: https://community.thebump.com/cs/ks/forums/thread/64244854.aspx

There are actually a few posts. Not hard to find based on the title or number of views.

Seriously just spent 15 minutes reading through some of their posts! D-R-A-M-A!
I know we aren't always smiles and rainbows here, but I love that I can read drama on another board. I am glad we don't have as much here!

I think I might have to steal that from you
How is this possible if I am the best?

Did someone really just post, "I secretly hoped that she couldn't breastfeed. Yah, I'm mean."
Followed up with, "I find it hilarious that she had to get an epidural and pitocin."
WOW. Biotches.
