Reminder watches...

Has anyone used anything like this https://www.amazon.com/Potty-Time-Watch-Blue/dp/B001AH8JNC/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1331610090&sr=8-2?

We are going to start potty training with DS1 this weekend.  He has showed all the readiness signs so we've decided its time to get started.  DH wants to get one of those watches for DS1 because he is an interactive kid and thinks it might make it kind of fun for him or something.

I was just wondering if anyone else has used them and if they helped at all...since its already ordered and on the way.

    We have the pink one for DD and she loves it! My favorite part is that I don't have to remind her- as soon as the watch goes off she knows. Best part ( I think) is that is automatically resets itself for the next time, no having to change it after the potty.

    Warning word though- it is NOT water proof... we put it up on th arm a bit, not on her wrist.

    i bought the pull-ups Cinderella potty watch hoping that it would remind her to go since she was getting so distracted with toys and play.  well she hates it. refuses to wear it. and when i put it on the counter top as a reminder, she threw a fit. i think it was partially my fault, it defaulted to an alarm every 15 min, and it was just over-kill.  so maybe start yours out a little more gradually.
