  We used it for our honeymoon and it was great. They had automated phone calls to our cell phones whenever/if ever there was a delay.

  We always end up buying through them for the holiday flights...and their website makes it very easy to price flights/times. I've actually found their customer service very helpful (if you mess up buying your flight...just call right away within like 24hrs).

  I usually use expedia.  But, I have in the past used orbitz.  I never had any issues.

  I've used Orbitz to book flights and had no issues. I especially liked their text updates when my flight was delayed.
