So I was pretty much miserable this morning, between not falling asleep until midnight and waking up at 5am (which felt like 4) to drive down to the city for monitoring. Oh and the constant ache that has set up shop in my big ole swollen ovaries.
When I got to the RE, they actually took me back for my appointment early (a first -- usually they're 1/2 hour late!) and the doc even came into the room 15 minutes early. So my mood started to improve... and then they're checking my ovaries, measuring and re-measuring...
And the next thing I know they're telling me I trigger tonight! 
The on-call RE is going to double-check with my doc, and they're going to wait to make the final call until my b/w comes back. But, at the very latest, I'd trigger tomorrow -- and signs point to tonight! Which would mean ER Wednesday!
I'm so happy to get this show on the road and even happier that I won't have to keep up the stims on my black-and-blue belly. I actually feel (shh, don't tell) excited again.
PS -- Has anyone ever had a "co-trigger" before? I'm supposed to take 450IU of Follistim along with the HCG, which was news to me. (And I just had to shell out way too much money for a 300IU pen at a local pharmacy.)
Severe MFI. Me: supposedly all clear but eggs showed vacuoles.
IVF #1 January 2012, ER Jan 14th: 34R, 27M, 23F. Day 3: 18 embies still strong. Day 5: zero "good," one "fair," the rest "poor." Transferred 3. None made it to blast or to freeze. Jan 28: BFN.
Lucky IVF #2: Transferred two beautiful day three embies on St. Patrick's Day. BFP on HPT 7dp3dt. Beta 1 (14dpER)=106; Beta 2 (16dpER)=140; Beta 3 (19dpER)=264! First u/s 4.17.
