I think I posted about my IL's losing their house. Well my fil and bil moved in with g-ma but my mil refuses to do so. She was staying with her BFF but apparently they had a tiff so she needed a place to stay. She refuses to move in with g-na apparently because it's unsanitary. G-ma is a pack rat and there are flies every where and mouse traps and you can hear them scurrying across the floor at night per my mil. Not to mention they hate each other but whateva
My FIL shows up yesterday and point blank asks us if she can stay with us. No hi how are how are things. Just mom needs a place to stay can she sleep on your couch. All before I unlock the screen door and let him in the house.
Me being naive and nice of course I say yes she can stay but for how long. Oh, they have places they are looking at probably not more then two days.
Well, MIL arrives in the late afternoon. They didn't even start looking for places until they were forced out of their house last week. Theyve known for months that they were losing the house but my FIL got a lawyer and believed he would save them so he refused to start packing and refused to start looking for a place.
So the kicker is because they lost their house their credit is in the shitter
Re: My MIL is moving in with us temporarily. Eek!
Sorry that was so long. I'm just a bit freaked out. Wondering how long it really is going to be.
My MIL and I tolerate each other. So I'm wondering how this is gonna go.
I have a VERY stressful relationship with my MIL. I'd have to be in a coma for her to stay with us.
Hopefully they get their collective $$it together and find a place. Meanwhile I'll send harmonious vibes for making it work!!
