I have 2 prenatal DVD's, and I just took the plastic wrap off of them, but I have ZERO motivation to actually put them in the player and use them.
How do you guys get motivated to work out???
It's going to be super nice in NJ this week, so I do plan on walking around our neighborhood each day, that counts, right?

Re: So unmotivated to exercise
I am walking 2 miles a day on our treadmill every morning still, and that is it. My only motivation is that it will help get the baby out. lol
It's tough, all I did this pregnancy was walking which was a big change for me because I am a distance runner when not pg. There are days when you will feel like it more than others!

Congrats to my Labor Buddy LoriJ11, baby Elise born 2/24/12
I won't be giving any advice, because I am in the SAME boat!!! I had this problem before I was pregnant, though, so I think it just carried over. :P
I finally started my pregnancy dvd two days ago, and did it both days. I really enjoy it, but don't know if it's really going to do the trick. I think I may do it a few days a week when I don't feel like getting out, but I really am going to try to go to the gym to do the treadmill, too.
My ounce of motivation I got this week was from my +7 weight gain in the past month (YIKES!). Also, we are going to Florida in September, which is 3 months PP... and I figure maybe if I work out now, it won't be so hard to get back into shape after baby's here???
I know it's hard... just one day make yourself pop the dvd in and see how it goes!! A lot of times it's just taking that first step.

This is definitely me. I've been feeling better as far as the nausea goes (that's what originially kept me from exercising) but when I get home I am sooo tired. I just want to start dinner and plop on the couch. I think I may enlist DH to motivate me to play the Kinect.
And walking absolutely counts! I think once it gets warmer that's going to be my go-to.
