So I finally got some microfiber towels for cleaning my glass today (one step closer to eliminating paper towels altogether), but I don't know if I'm meant to use them dry, or use a vinegar/water solution for the glass still?
And while on that subject, is 50/50 going too far for cleaning glass? I feel like any more diluted and I'd get spots.
Thanks ladies!
Re: Totally dumb microfiber/glass cleaning question:
Yes, you'll need to use some sort of cleaner with the microfiber. The benefit of microfiber is that it wont leave lint on the glass when you're done (as long as you don't wash your microfiber with regular towels or anything else).
You can do 50/50 or pretty much whatever you want. I don't measure really, I fill a squirt bottle up half way with hot water, add some Dr. B's (you have to use hot water otherwise the vinegar will make the Dr. B's solidify), and then fill the rest of the way with vinegar. I guess that's pretty close to 50/50. I use that solution for everything. I don't have a special one for glass, counters, floor, etc.
