Back pain help

I'm not sure if I did something to my back or its just all this extra front weight, but yesterday and through the night i can't get rid of this backache. I can't wait to see my chiropractor on monday. Any suggestiins until then? The heating pad worked when my husband was pressing it against my back or I was lying flat on it (which makes my belly hurt).

    A little yoga always helps me.. the cat/cow position and "tail wagging". I plan to use these during labor too!

    Nah, it's pretty constant. He turned from LOA to posterior friday night so i spent a lot of saturday on my hands and knees trying to get him to turn. No luck. The ache is mostly my lower back, but the rest of my back is more achey than usual too. I'm thinking it was all the hands and knees and pelvic tilts. Little stinker, he's made me work this pregnancy.
