I say this so many times while I'm trying to do something that I walk around the house scatterbrained! I'm always trying to multitask and do 5 different things at once.

I have found the milk left out on the counter, my keys in the fridge where the milk should be, the dryer door open, a half made bottle on the counter, any many more all because I got side tracked from trying to save time and get everything done.

Anyone else have any funny stories about getting side tracked?

I find myself doing this, too. I can't think of any specifics but you are not alone!

All. the. time. The joke at my parents house used to be "check the freezer" for whatever item we had misplaced - keys, remote, etc. It would most likely be there. lol

Now I just forget to put an entire bag of groceries away for a few hours, or forget to close the garage door. Smile Whoops.

Since C has been around, MH and I are both guilty of this! It's a joke in our house because he'll find my keys in a laundry basket with clean baby clothes and make fun of me but then I'll find the cheese in the pantry with the bread and make fun of him. Stuff like this happens to us at least once a week!
