I think I have posted here a time or two but I am needing some low calorie breakfast ideas? But I am allergic to milk and don't like the alternatives, I dot eat peanut butter, cream cheese, yogurt, or cottage cheese. So after all that if you could give me a few ideas that would be amazing!

. Thanks!!
Re: Healthy breakfast?
Do you do eggs? You could bake some little quiches in muffin tins.
Just preheat oven to 350, spray a muffin tin with pam, and whisk 12 eggs in a big bowl. Pour eggs in each tin until halfway full, add toppings (cheese, veggies, turkey sausage, etc.), and then top off with remaining egg. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. You could eat 2 at a time with fruit, and they freeze well.

Oatmeal or steel cut oats with plain yogurt and fruit
Egg white sandwich with a bit of shredded cheese, cholula hot sauce, multrigrain english muffin, and sliced tomato (could also add spinach)
Bagel thin with cream cheese, sliced tomato or cucumber, tad of sea salt
totally lurkin' on this post -- could you do this with egg whites or do they not set well enough? i'm an egg maniac but always looking for healthy options!!
Whole eggs ARE healthy, full of nutrients.
If you're worried about cholesterol, don't. The Lipid Hypothesis has been debunked. Eating cholesterol does not raise your blood cholesterol levels.
Are you a fruit eater? I LOVE my smoothies I make at home! I make them with my Hamilton Beach Single Serve Blender With Travel Lid: Yogurt, ice, water + whatever fruit I'm in the mood for. ALL the ingredients that I keep in the house are: Strawberries, Pineapple, Blueberries, Blackberries, Bananas, Oatmeal, Honey, + some frozen fruits like peaches + mangos.
If you don't like fruit you could do a oatmeal, protein powder, & peanut butter!

Fruit smoothies with toast
oatmeal
grits
english muffins with egg and cheese
I bought multi-grain english muffins, they have lots of fiber and less calories than even the whole wheat version. I put "I can't believe it's not butter" and sprinkle some cinnamon on. Yummy!
Grapefruit. It's a super fruit and a metabolism booster. I sprinkle Truvia on it b/c it's kind of bitter to me.
Egg whites. I just eat them plain but I know you can mix other things in. A lot of people like salsa.
Other fruit...bananas, strawberries, grapes.
And smoothies like another PP suggested. Here's a tip: You can add spinach to just about anything and you won't taste it. I promise. The things I ALWAYS put in a smooothie are at least 2 cups of spinach, vanilla greek yogurt, vanilla almond milk, ice - and then fruit, peanut butter, whatever...it turns out green but I SWEAR you can't taste the spinach.
