I know when you're hungover, if youre nauseous and force yourself to throw up you feel a thousand times better. My nausea comes in waves and this particular wave is really bad. Has anyone forced it? Or know if the nausea will lessen if you do? I absolutely hate throwing up, but if it'd make me feel better I think I might do it.

Re: Forcing the throwing up?
Good to know... If it gets any worse I think it's inevitable. I can get a bit anxious when I feel like I'm going to throw up which only makes me feel worse.
I know this is supposed to be a good sign... But do all the good signs have to hurt and suck?

This. I hold back at work and fight it. When I get home, I just let myself get sick. I usually feel better for a bit, and then it comes right back. I have never had to force it, when it comes, it comes. I know it sucks, hang in there!

Thanks ladies for your input! I got to the point where I couldn't take it anymore and helped myself to throw up... It really didn't take much help since I was on the verge anyway. And like PP said, it was just a few dry heaves and a little bile... But I actually felt better! Then while I was in my little moment of non nausea I ate a little bit of real food and drank as much water as I could.
Tis morning I feel like I'm back at square one, but hopefully I can just keep the food and water going and not need to give a helping hand with my nausea.
