How do you think this would do in the crockpot? I get that some of the yum factor comes from the broiling, but I see numerous honey-based crockpot recipes for chicken. Most of them have soy sauce, and this one sounds tastier to me.

I think it would work out great. I'm wondering if you'd have to replace the soy sauce with something to keep the chicken moist and from burning? Maybe some stock?
