  well i have a boy...

  But I got a pair of sneakers with only one velcro strap around the ankle, and stretchy laces on the top of the foot, because that style seems to fit him the best (he has very fat feet)

  And a pair of closed toe, closed heel sandals.

  I'm practical like that, good thing I have a boy.
