  This.  Maybe it's because I eat a lot of kale (which, incidentally, is very popular, at least where I am -- as a vegetable), but when I see that name I always wonder why someone would want to do that to their kid.

  We have different styles, but I like Carter.

  Cale is spelled in a couple of different ways.

  Kale k(a)-

  le as a boy's name is a variant of Cale (English) and Karl (Old German), and the meaning of Kale is "free man".

  Nolan is one of our top picks also--I LOVE it, don't know which middle name I like better with it though.

  Cale was one of our tops picks for a long time also, however, Nolan and a few others kind of over took it. But we had it spelled Cayle. Just another idea.

  I like Nolan Thomas best and Nolan Carter second best. Cale is ok, but not a huge fan. I don't really like Carter, so not a fan of Carter Mason.
