NBFR - help!

I am not too computer savy so I have a question. When I click on anyone's name it shows me their page and whatever posts that they have. However, when I click "my posts" onthe left side of the screen or my screen name I receive an error message of "Invalid file name for file monitoring:" Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? I cant see any of my posts to follow them.

    if you go all the way down on the left toolbar (that has all the boards on it) at the very bottom there is a section that says "my boards" and within that is "my posts" you can click on that to see your posts.

    not sure how to fix the other part, sorry

     I know about the "my posts" under "my boards" but it still gives me the same error I put in my OP. :-(
