Trying to Get Pregnant

Its me again. Chart help.

I asked a week or so ago, but I think it may be a little clearer now.

FF has it marked that I o'd on CD 24, BUT when I put in a + OPK on CD19 (I used one and I am pretty sure that it was +) it will move to CD21. I haven't used OPK's much and I haven't had much CM at all this cycle, which isn't my norm, I normally am able to tell the day I O just by my CM.

Should I leave the + OPK in there as I have never used them before or should i just base it off of temps which are more reliable right? I get dotted CH either way b/c of the CM, thanks.

  • I think that if you are not absolutely certain that the OPK was positive, then the best option is to leave it out.

  • I am not super familiar with OPK's but you can get a positive if you are getting ready to O, like a few days before.  I would stick with the thermal shift as that is the most accurate.
